My BookingHero 2017 lives in the beautiful Mumbai (India). I stayed in that incredible city during my business trip in January 2017. Mumbai is on of the cities that all citizen of the World must visit due to the variety of situation and places that you will find during your journey there.
Unfortunantely I didn’t had the oportunity to visit all the city because our business commitment takes most of our days. But I happy about that because now I have a reason why to come back here.
We had a fast visit in which we were able to see some of the most interesting point of the city like:
The historical train station
Bandra-Worli Sea Link
Taj Mahal Palace
Gate of India
And one very special handcraft ice cream shop: K Rustom’s Ice Cream
All that happened few days before my birthday and being not able to share that important moment with my close friends and my family made me sometimes a little bit sad.
But, on my birthday day someone worked to make it a special day.
Early in the morning, instead of receiving a classical wake up by ringing my room’s phone, an Hotel employee knocked at my door and delivered me a bouquet of red roses. I thanks him, put aside the gift and prepare myself for the working day.
The day continued as best as possible with some convivial moments during lunch and dinner together with my colleagues from Germany and United Kingdom.
When I was back to the Hotel, thinking about what a good day I had, I founded the biggest surprise:

The last surprise of the day made the General Manager of Trident Bandra Kurla my Booking Hero 2017. I will conserve his handwritten letter with his wishes.
